certainly for txid details the status field needs to be displayed
for address summaries we need to mark if the tx has failed with a red X, on success a green check would be good if it is confirmed, the only issue with that is 0 QU transactions will not get a green check...
I lean toward just marking the failed tx with X
user can go to txid details to see the exact value of status
