Add item filtering

Details

Add multiple filters based on:

Minimum Price
Text present in the name
Item Category

Changing a filter on the Settings will keep the affected items in the DB but will flag them to be ignored for any stats. Technically, the update is full frontend, feeding back to the DB when it gets updated.
