The interior part of progressbars in the "Extra rounded" mode are not quite as round as the other controls: extraround

The "Max rounded" mode only affects command buttons. It should affect everything: text boxes, toolbar controls, etc: maxround

This is NOT new to 1.8.18; this was present in several previous versions as well.
