remove qt_filedialog_* api #68

The qtfiledialog* hooks don't build anymore with recend Qt5 stable snapshots. As far I understood this is completely up to the QPA plugin now.

Should be possible to add version detection macros instead of just removing the whole thing but I'm not a big fan of this feature or supporting old Qt versions.....
