add more plots and explaination in line with whitepaper in tutorial examples

Sure, part of the design was to make sure we plot the relevant information from he Aquila Whitepaper but we can always add more.

the tutorials need more diagram demonstration and improvements on the plots (e.g some physical quantities are not plotted such as rydberg density)
