Can't reproduce results in Figure 2a-b #26

I can't find on your repository a code for generating Figure 2 a,b: The spatial distribution of Igsf21 (a) and Rprm (b) in dataset 4 (seqFISH+; Smart-seq; mouse cortex). Can you point me to it?
