ANACONDA_USER and ANACONDA_PASSWORD: Anaconda cloud username for the account to host the OpenQL package. If not Imran's, the RTD installation page should be changed accordingly.
PYPI_TOKEN: a PyPI token for the account to host qutechopenql.
