Rewrite and reformulate Draft #65

Adjust draft with respect to the new core message, incorporate a Section of Need and avoid scientific jargon within the introductory section.

Opened branch "paper_draft", modified library and draft in folder "paper". Will promote the drafting to (internal) editorial stage with new issue.
