It seems that GenomicDataCommons, recount, recount3, and TCGAPurityFiltering cannot be installed. To fix this, they should be added to the "Remotes::" section of the DESCRIPTION file.

@cchen22 Thanks for pointing this out! In #42 , the DESCRIPTION file has been updated to install TCGAPurityFiltering with Remotes::. GenomicDataCommons, recount, and recount3 are Bioconductor packages and we have tried to include their installation by adding the line biocViews to DESCRIPTION. When you have a chance, could you try this out in your environment and see if it works for you there?
