Possible option - change the auto train remover to a display of elapsed loss of comm time to display to the user. User can set auto remove at a level. Auto remove will be disabled if MC has stopped for longer than 1 min ish (more than a simple relog). This means that any un chunk loaded trains will stay in system - loaded trains may then slowly approach them to restart? Or the user can see the train (show an error symbol above train) and can go to load it.
Users may then want to start sending trains to safe areas like stations that are loaded prior to leaving.
For servers, this may be a problem when restarting - needs checking.
