[Omnilink] binding migration to new bnd build #144

@boc-tothefuture @craigham this is using the new build system. If you are using eclipse, remove the old binding from your workspace and import this one as "existing maven project" instead of a existing eclipse project. I also made a small addition to the SystemType to recognize my omni system, this should be in another PR, but i'm hoping we can let it slide :-)

One last note, I was originally trying to have this use the maven central version of the jomnilink library, but was running into problems with OH loading that at runtime, I will continue to debug that and will make another PR when i figure it out.
