Bump immer, @storybook/addon-essentials and @storybook/react #169

Removes immer. It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies immer, @storybook/addon-essentials and @storybook/react. These dependencies need to be updated together.

immer library is a dev dependency and is only used in @storybook/addon-essentials and @storybook/react, both dev depedencies. Upgrading immer won't improve the security of the production app.
