Create a GitHub Organization as a focus for the distributed, autonomous organization of Quality Assurance in Catalyst Projects.

Focusing on adapting existing best practices such as:

Revising a Blockchain Maturity Model in order to progress DAOs to Institutional Audit Standards.
- Reorienting Project Management from top-down planning to distributed peer facilitation and empowerment models.
