QA of Catalyst "Solution" section

Describe your solution to the problem - 140 characters

There are parallel issues here with Issue : https://github.com/Quality-Assurance-DAO/F5-Developer-ecosystem-Proposal/issues/4 ( QA of Catalyst "Problem Statement" Section)

I need to assess the pros and cons of the 140 char limit. While it focuses the mind on writing a concise Solution Statement, it can also lead to sloganeering or bullet-pointing. As there is a clear equivalence between Problem -> Solution this could be presented more explicitly. For example by requiring a problem to be followed by a solution in a single sentence.
