QA of Catalyst "Add Co-Submitter" Section

The "Add Co-Submitter" Section seems quite straightforward. The only comments I have heard from the Catalyst Community on this section is how Kudos are taken when there are a lot of co-proposers. Which can lead to a disincentive in granting kudos. This suggests that there should be kudos for a proposal as well as (or instead of) proposers. Or the kudos are fractional and distributed amongst the co-proposers.
