Move driver specific ebu setup to driver, and some cleanup in .dts file #22

Remove eb904 specific stuff from common file lantiq/xway/sysctrl.c. Export ltq_ebu_membase so eb904 display driver can do driver specific ebu setup (like it is done by the nand driver in xway_nand.c).
Some cleanup in .dts file. Moved display into localbus section to show connection to ebu, and to specify mapping parameters. Added comments to .dts in order to explain why s.th. has been done.

I tested this successfully =). Is it possible, to split up these commit into two of them? One for DTS changes and one for the removal of the ebu setup.

I hope this is ok, if not I'll do an force push to remove them.
