The PyData Theme docs has examples of Sphinx-togglebutton, where this issue can be checked.

https://github.com/executablebooks/sphinx-togglebutton/pull/61 was merged, but I'm not sure I want to close this issue just yet because I wonder if the aria-controls attribute is also needed.
