Package pytest-run-parallel in conda-forge #21

This will be quite helpful when usage gets broader. E.g., there are projects that define all their CI jobs with conda-lock or Pixi lock files. Having to get pytest-run-parallel from PyPI isn't ideal.

Not super urgent, but nice to get done in the near future.
