Text styling

[x] The blog is written with plain language (where relevant).
[x] If there are headers, they use the proper header tags in order to do so (with only one level-one header).
[x] All links describe where they link to (for example, check the Quansight labs website).
[x] Any kind of styling that the author uses (for example, bold for emphasis) is consistent throughout the blog.

Non-text contents

[x] All content is represented as text (for example, images need alt text and videos need captions or descriptive transcripts).
[x] If there are emojis, there are not more than three in a row.
[x] Don't use flashing gifs or videos.
[x] If it were to be read as plain text, the blog still makes sense and no information is missing.

I just want to get a quick review for now. I'll make sure that all the guidelines are checked and followed in the blog later.

Thanks @rgommers for the quick review and detailed comments. I've updated the PR and tried to fix all the raised comments with an effort to improve the flow between sections and making the story more coherent.

Request you to take another look whenever possible.

I've made some small changes and updated the links to the array API demo. Also added a small statement about the dispatching work in the future with Ivan's upcoming post.

@rgommers could you please take a final look and approve the workflows on this (not part of the org anymore, so Github won't run those)?

It should be ready now! 😄
