Release (WIP) #175

This includes the following: 1) Gives more chunking flexibility for the repartition script (from #173) 2) Changing from .persist() to .compute() (from #173) 3) Showing only the selected tracts in the overview plot (#172)

As well as a few other minor things to prepare for release.
