Add toggle or selector for using forced vs unforced coadd table #65

Need to talk to Tim about how to handle this one.

@dharhas sounds like some discussion is needed about the dataset structure, but the dashboard part of the sounds simple.

@chbrandt to add the ui selector with "forced, unforced" options. set the default to the current hard-coded value (load_data).

Add a switcher (radio buttons, like "view mode") to master (commit 731ded72a044b0d821755d421beccc18ad3858a1). As a first aproach, when the data stack (as I call forced/unforced) is switch the whole interface gets cleaned for the new set of data.
