This PR updates the dependency list to use just omnisci-data-science-tools and omnisci-notebooks-examples.

it seems that conda constructor with mamba is not working properly yet, maybe next release of conda constructor the problem will be fixed. Tried it with the a development version but it also didn't work well.

waiting for ibis v2 that will have an easiest dependency tree to be resolved.
