Goal: Standardizing the numeric columns of an input dataframe for ML

Tasks:

[x] Implement a UDTF that computes (X - mean(X))/std(X) of a table column in a rbc test suite
[ ] Retrieve some data, e.g. use data from #138
[x] Create a Jupyter notebook demonstrating the above
[ ] Use Ibis
