MosaicML API is either down or removed #385

I cannot find any documentation about their API anymore. Maybe it was removed? We need to look into this and potentially remove the assistants.

The REST API does, indeed, seem to have disappeared. I have searched for any updated version, and haven't found any sort of Mosaic ML REST API currently published. It also doesn't seem easily available from Hugging Face.
