[DOC] Incorrect link on front page #508

On the front page of the docs - https://ragna.chat/en/stable/

The section for REST API, REST API to build web apps, has no link.

The section for Web UI for chat interface has a link, but it points to the REST API docs.

Steps to resolve

swap the link under Web UI with the proper link (https://ragna.chat/en/stable/generated/tutorials/gallery_web_ui/)
add a link to the REST API under that section (https://ragna.chat/en/stable/generated/tutorials/gallery_web_ui/)
