Connection test was successful, but after that nothing worked. With help from DB support, we found that stream B was used in Eurex trader and recorder, no matter what was specified in trader configuration file (use stream A or B). Routes were updated, all softwares were recompiled and reconfigured to work with A streams (reference + snapshot + delta incremental). Port configuration on Cisco switch was updated. Local interfaces are renamed i.e. as Eurex MIC ETI, Eurex MIC EMDI. There is updated Cisco port map (PDF) available.
