Need the ability to access the graph tool without the hardware connected. The issue is that the AutomatedTest menu is disabled when HW isn't connected. A better solution would be to keep the AutomatedTest menu enabled, but disable the individual tests. OR, keep it enabled and nag the user if they try to run a test with the hardware disconnected.
