Setting Account Currency for Crypto #1528

Expected Behavior

Users can easily find information about setting account for crypto.

Actual Behavior

Users read Insufficient buying power..... Free Margin: 0 message and don't know how to act.

TODO

On Crypto Trades, add a section on Set Cash to teach users they should add cash to the coin they will trade. Optionally, they can Set Account Currency.
On Buying Power, add a section about Set Cash to note it's important for Crypto and link to Crypto Trade.
On Supported Models for crypto, in Buying Power, show the same information of 2.

Closed by c301282. I didn't add the sections to Buying Power and Supported Models, because it fits in Common Errors.
