Expected Behavior

Docs has a section stating LEAN CLI / Local Platform doesn't support this architecture for live deployment with IB.

Actual Behavior

Not mentioned.

TODO

On Installing Lean CLI, add H3 (Interactive Brokers with Apple Chips) and say it's not supported.

On [IB > Deploy Local Algorithms] https://www.quantconnect.com/docs/v2/lean-cli/live-trading/brokerages/interactive-brokers#03-Deploy-Local-Algorithms) start by directing macOS users to the new H3.
