This page has the following 3 H3's:

• Request New Libraries
• Add Libraries
• Remove Libraries

Where Add Libraries is language-specific (C# or Python, not both)

Actual Behavior

The docs present content for both languages

• Custom C# Libraries
• Custom Python Libraries

and the page doesn't have dedicated H3's for Add Libraries and Remove Libraries
