Expand Universe Settings #1594

Expected Behavior

The Universe Settings docs page has 1 H3 for each setting https://www.quantconnect.com/docs/v2/writing-algorithms/universes/settings

For example, the Resolution h3 could mention

The default value
You can pass a resolution argument to the universe creation method
If you don't pass a resolution, it uses the global universe settings
example code snippet

Actual Behavior

All the settings are organized into a table
