Describe how to implement an indicator in the specific case of a moving average

Expected Behavior

https://www.quantconnect.com/docs/v2/lean-engine/contributions/indicators should tell exactly what is a moving average and, if the custom indicator is a moving average, then contributor needs to edit the followings files

• MovingAverageType.cs
• MovingAverageTypeExtensions.cs

unit tests

• MovingAverageTypeExtensionsTests.cs

Actual Behavior

The case of indicators which are moving average is not covered by documentation but have been explained to me
