Bybit brokerage integration, the goal is to support all of Bybits products but focusing on spot and linear/inverse futures in the beginning.
This PR is currently under heavy development and should not be seen as final, there are a lot of things that need a cleanup and refactoring before a release but the focus is currently on the logic and required implementations.
