Unfied brokerage class for Spot and Linear Futures

Description

• Unfied brokerage class for Spot and Linear Futures: no need for BybitFuturesBrokerage since Bybit has a single API that can be leveraged in the same brokerage class.
• Support spot margin trading at order level.
• General cleanup
