Add count to comments button #240

Could we add in a count in brackets ie. (2) following 'Comments' on the button here?

Is this simple to do? I think it would draw a lot more attention to the comments page

it would be good to add a comments count on the front page of the site also to show notebooks that are being talked about more frequently etc.

I am also targeting to add a url to comments page https://github.com/jstac/Bookshelf/issues/266 , will add these features as well today.
