Outstanding things requiring mobile styles area admin area, popup/modal dialogs, etc.

@DrDrij @mmcky The modal/pop dialogs current looks like this - which is looks fine.

However, we should fix the alignment of the flag and the 'notebook' text which is currently showing under the amount of notebooks and not inline with the rest under user profile -
