Twitter Sign in OAuth #289

Under the notes.quantecon.org, the Twitter sign in button currently returns the following:

@mmcky Are you also experiencing this error for just Twitter? If so, we can remove the Twitter login button for now until we get this fix within the same issue.

hey @AtlasMaxima good find. I have elevated this issue to high priority. As you suggest lets:

[ ] remove twitter as an option
[ ] fix twitter callback settings and add it back in as an option

I wonder why this has broken. Will need to dig into twitter oauth

@AakashGfude @mmcky this issue has been fixed and I was able to successfully sign in via Twitter. Cheers.
