Pagination hide prev and next #295

Currently on the bottom of the page, the pagination for Prev and Next buttons will show regardless what page it is on. Users should only see these options if there are pages to go back or forward to.

[ ] Hide Prev if it's on the first page
[ ] Hide Next if it's on the last page
