Hi @AakashGfude, the provided screenshots are still unclear to me as to what this is trying to achieve.
For example, you typed in high performance python with numba into Google search and it indexed the page which is shown in the results provided by your screenshot. So what do you mean that some pages are yet to be indexed?
In addition, how do we plan to add Google webmasters such via APIs and set up a script or two or is someone going to maintain and check up on the actual platform ?
@AtlasMaxima : I mean the description tags. The first screenshot has a description, and the second screenshot does not. The second screenshot looks the same as it used to look before deploying the new changes.
For using webmasters, we first need to verify our domain( the domain for which we want to use their services actually belongs to us) either via uploading an HTML file to our server, or using an HTML meta tag, or using our google analytics account etc. After verification, we can use their online dashboard in a similar way to Google analytics and get suggestions for improvement. Hope this helps.

After adding description meta tags to our submission pages (#292 ) , google seems to be crawling our new version slowly. Some pages have been indexed as can be seen from the below pic :-

How long can google take to index the new changes to our site? No one knows. It depends on a lot of factors like if it has been indexed before, how many visits is it getting, content refresh rate etc etc . And the algorithm is probably pretty complex to give a definite answer.
To make our site relevant and accessible it needs to be easily found by people. So getting definite answers to our website and search performance is important. Adding google webmasters tool will help us tackle all of these.
