@matthieugomez would you be wiling to pitch in with any of the items below?

cc @jstac

matthieugomez commented 8 years ago

Could you sign in to Travis and Coveralls to activate the tracking? One needs an admin permission to do that.

sglyon commented 8 years ago

Yes, will do -- thanks for being willing to pitch in here.

@jstac when you have a chance will you please move this repo to be under the julia-package-maintainer team so I can have admin rights over it? Thanks!

jstac commented 8 years ago

Done.

sglyon commented 8 years ago

Thanks @jstac

Ok @matthieugomez they should both be turned on.

@spencerlyon2 @matthieugomez

Hi guys, just touching base. I don't have time to do anything on this but I can potentially find RAs to work on it, as long as I know where things stand.

@matthieugomez I'm sure you're busy but it would be really great if you could pull together a simple notebook with illustrations...?

sglyon commented 8 years ago

Hey @jstac thanks for reaching out.

I think we left of with @matthieugomez waiting on me to turn travis and coveralls on for this repo. They are both ready to go.

@matthieugomez if you have the time, please pick up from there. Otherwise let us know and we'll try to find people to get this out the door.

matthieugomez commented 8 years ago

I don't have any time this semester, sorry.

jstac commented 8 years ago

@matthieugomez Thanks for letting us know. I'll see if I can find anyone to work on this.

emoszkowski commented 8 years ago

Hey @matthieugomez, @spencerlyon2 - let me know if I can pitch in at all!

sglyon commented 8 years ago

If you have some time any help would be appreciated.

I think you are definitely well suited to handle the last checkbox above :)

If you have the time and are willing to work on it, helping us with some basic documentation would be great.

I believe @vgregory757 is working on a notebook or two with some examples, is that right?

vgregory757 commented 8 years ago

Yes, I'm working on the notebook + examples!

emoszkowski commented 8 years ago

As long as the license is compatible with ours (BSD-3), then it should be fine from our end, but I don't want to sign off on that completely yet. My reading of our license is that the copyright and license from DSGE.jl should be reproduced here; let me know if you disagree. Marco is traveling until Monday, so he'll be able to take a closer look then.

jstac commented 8 years ago

Thanks @emoszkowski . Chris has agreed for this to be released under BSD or MIT so I'm sure we can work something out.
