mp12_E->\Exp #32

Good morning @jstac , this PR corrects E as \Exp to make the notations for the exponential distribution consistent in markov_prop. (The commit mp11_typo belongs to last PR and I reverted it here.)

Do you think it is a good idea to change all notations for the exponential distributions to \Exp in all following lectures?

Let's change obvious mistakes, like this one. But we don't have to change things that are OK.
