Notebooks are not executed #147

I don't know whether it is an intended feature or not, but the notebooks that now we fetch into Binder/Colab are not executed ones. This is different from what we have before in the old site. Personally, I think it should be executed -- it will be easier for people to go through all this stuff.

Do you mean when opening the notebooks, all the cells were executed?
