Hi @mmcky and @jstac , this PR fixes a broken link in(To read about the polar form, see here) of lecture samuelson by replacing:

@shlff does the former link now redirect to the kahn academy link OR are you suggesting a new and better link for the topic?

Thanks, @mmcky . I am suggesting a new link for the topic polar form of a complex number.
