Good afternoon, @jstac , this PR replaces all citations (1) with `:eq:mnv_1``` in lecture multivariate_normal.

This change would

make all citations to this equation clickable and directable to the original equation,
make all citations here easier to be converted to the new numbering system, like (8.1), in the new MYST-version lecture
