[14_linear_models]_shift_footnote's_cite #298

Good afternoon. @jstac , this PR puts a footnote's citation inside the comma in lecture linear_models:

Usually a footnote symbol comes after the punctuation.

In lecture linear_model, I find the second footnote symbol [2] comes before the punctuation . and think whether we should keep the notation of [1] consistent with [2], that is, put [1] before the punctuation :?

Dear @jstac , thanks for your kind clarification. You are right and the usage of both footnotes here is correct!

I find some materials related to using footnotes and I will carefully learn it, please find here.
