Hi @jstac , this PR adds . at the ends of following sentences in lecture perm_income:

where :math:`\gamma` is a bliss level of consumption
In fact, quadratic preferences are *necessary* for this conclusion [#f2]_
Now let's deduce the optimal decision rule [#fod]_
Later examples will investigate more realistic income streams
The proof for the general case is similar
