Setup repo as a Jupyter-book + Examples Space #1

We should setup this repo with:

  1. lectures -- folder that contains a jupyter-book that allows us to build some migrated lectures that use mojo. This jupyter-book can also include some documentation / and learning of mojo along the way that could be useful if we find mojo is a widely useful tool to teach others
  2. demo -- any demo projects
  3. {{ project-name }} and any self contained projects should be put in their own folders
