PT_intro: Remove unwanted code #16

Hi @thomassargent30 ,

I have formatted and removed the extra code cells that were using scipy, pulp, etc., and now, the whole lecture just uses numpy and cvxpy. I have also made some changes to code logic and styling making sure that it works the same way as earlier. Can you please have look at the latest notebook and format/add/remove the markdown cells you want to modify? I will then again take a look after that.

I'm merging this so you can view the change by pulling the latest main branch.
