This PR is my review of the paper with some suggested edits.

I have also added more links throughout. I have read a few JOSS articles and I find links really helpful as in the PDF download you can click on them and they take you to a resource.

• [ ] Also I included a link to the documentation site at the end by perhaps that should be up in the summary for quick reference
• [ ] Need to finalise the affiliations

I also think we should specify

conda install -c conda-forge quantecon

as we have control over this channel. It appears we aren't currently available in the latest anaconda default channel for python=3.10
