FIX: Binder hub removal #217

Removed the binder hub url. only Colab is being used now as a default.

@AakashGfude is there a way that this behaviour can be controled by the _config.yml file.

If https://github.com/QuantEcon/lecture-python-intro/blob/e7f0cc599ad09220baddc73ae02f2e2124d5e388/lectures/_config.yml#L62 is not in the config file then it doesn't show up in the theme.
